Terms & Refund Policy

Every commission starts with the commission form, where you share your character description, references, and any special requests. Once submitted, I review the details and confirm whether I can take on the project. No work begins until we've both agreed on the scope and the quote.

Prices shown on the order page are starting estimates. After reviewing your brief, I send a final, personalized quote that reflects the actual complexity of your request. Quotes are free and come with no obligation to proceed.

Payment is required before work begins, via PayPal or card. For larger projects I may offer to split the payment into milestones — half before I start and half before final delivery. You'll receive a confirmation once payment is received.

Because each commission is custom work, refunds depend on how far along the project is. You can cancel and receive a full refund any time before work has started. Once work has begun, a partial refund may be available based on the portion not yet completed. Delivered, finished avatars are non-refundable. If I'm unable to complete a commission for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.

Each commission includes a set of reasonable revisions during the work-in-progress stage so we land on a result you're happy with. Major changes to the agreed-upon scope may incur an additional fee. Turnaround time varies with complexity and queue length — I'll give you an estimated timeframe in your quote and keep you updated through the live queue.

You receive personal use rights to your finished avatar for use in VRChat, Sky, and similar platforms. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise. I'm not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, game updates, or misuse of the avatar outside its intended use.
